KM 7015IN: Digital insulation resistance tester

Model KM 7015IN is a new digital insulation resistance tester introduced by Kusam-Meco. This digital insulation resistance tester can be used to measure high insulation resistance, with a test voltage of 500V to15KV DC and the max insulation resistance range of2TO. Short-circuit current is up to 5mA suitable for high power transforms in switch yards.

KM 7015IN has EMC/EMI approvals. Ithas an auto-hold function, auto power OFF and backlight function, internal memory for data storage. The display is 2 lines×16 characters large intelligent LCD display and calendar display. 2 optical LEDs are built-in for data transfer withBar graph indication for test voltage. It has indication of testing time and adjustment time 1 to 30 minutes. It has a high insulation resistance measuring capacity. KM 7015IN well isolated to contact and surge protection.

The instrument has an AC measuring Voltage range of 0V to 700V and DC measuring 0V to 700V. It is useful for measuring Insulation resistance oftransformers, motors, electrical installations etc. It can measure PI (Polarisation Index) indication, DAR (Dielectric Absorption Ratio) indication and auto-ranging on all insulation ranges. It has optical USB to RS-232 data transmission. It is supplied with anti-leakage, colour coded, flexible silicone coaxial test lead with integrated guard into the test probe, 3 test leads (AL-50 red (3m) as standard, blue(1.25m) and green (1.25m)), user manual, PC interface kit, charger and alligator clips.
