Demand is not impacted much by the ongoing pandemic for electrical and power sector because power sector is one of the very few sectors which has become even more credible due to the demand of continuous power supply and network to homes where majority of the people are working from home daily. Moreover, essential construction work comes under the waived off category and thus demand in this category is impacted very less by the pandemic. 

What measures are being taken by your organisation to ensure safety of your manpower and machines?

Our organisation has proactively implemented strict Covid guidelines which includes maintaining safe distance, mandatory wearing of masks in the workplace and outside. Only a while ago, we started a vaccination drive for our employees to ensure each one of them gets vaccinated. We especially ensure all our products are sanitised before delivery to the site which will ensure safety and precaution of site workers.

What kind of training is provided by your organisation to handle special and heavy equipment? 

Technical experts are assigned at each site who provide training to all the site persons, how to assemble and  dissemble each equipment and also provide them refresher sessions to explain the basic functioning of each product we offer. Loading and unloading of heavy equipment such as scissor lifts also form a part of our training.

What are your plans to expand your products and services to electrical and power sector? 

Since electrical and power sector mostly demands robust and high reach ladders, we are about to procure a few more products to fulfil the ongoing demand. Our sales leader has a weekly connect with all the site persons to discuss the ongoing demand in the market and what best possible solution we can provide to various sectors including power sector.
