Hitachi Hi-Rel has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Sanand, near Ahmedabad, in Gujarat-India. Hitachi Hi-Rel is helping a wide array of industries and organisations meet mission-critical demands through technologically superior, low-polluting, and innovative products and solutions and continues to offer world-class power electronics products, value-added services, and customised solutions.
Sprawling across an area of 26,000 square metres and modelled on Hitachi’s Omika Works in Japan, Hitachi Hi-Rel’s Sanand Manufacturing Works is a world-class and one of the most modern power electronics manufacturing facilities in India. All aspects of manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance are supported by highly experienced Japanese ex-pats stationed at the facility. Sanand Works employs Hitachi Omika Works (Japan)-based software tools for engineering and manufacturing and has one of the country’s most advanced product testing facilities. Innovation through research and development has been rooted in its DNA. Hitachi Hi-Rel also has an additional facility at Gandhinagar, near Ahmedabad, in Gujarat, which is sprawled across 5,000 square meters. Its in-house research and development facility has enabled it to develop and market products that have become industry standards.

IT & Infrastructure UPS has a successful track record in IT and infrastructure applications. It is available for 1Ø Input – 1Ø Output System with IP11 & HS11 Series ranging from 1 kVA to 10 kVA, 3Ø Input – 1Ø Output System with HS31 Series ranging from 10 kVA to 20 kVA, 3Ø Input – 3Ø Output System with HS33 Series going from 10 kVA to 40 kVA and HM33 Series ranging from 60 kVA to 500 kVA.
Variable-frequency drives are the most energy-efficient means of process control and reflect the best in process control. These solutions can be customised for a wide range of industries with medium and high-voltage Multi-level IGBT drives up to 14,280 kVA (3.3 kV to 11 kV) and low-voltage drives ranging from 0.2 kW to 450 kW
Grid-tied solar inverters are highly efficient conversion technology, generating more than 3 GW of renewable power in the Indian solar sector. Currently, Hitachi-branded solar inverters are generating more than 5.5 GW of renewable power in the global solar domains and more than 3 GW of renewable power in the Indian solar domain.
