The landmark agreement reinforces Goldi Solar’s commitment to advancing green energy with 190 MW module supply.

Goldi Solar, recognised as India’s most quality-conscious solar brand, has successfully secured a Modules Supply Agreement (MSA) with ENGIE India, a subsidiary of the France-based ENGIE Group—a global leader in low-carbon energy and services. This significant agreement involves the supply of 190 MW of modules for ENGIE India’s upcoming Sayla village project, executed through a 25-year solar power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. (GUNVL). By entering into this landmark agreement, the indigenous firm has emphatically reaffirmed its dedication to advancing green energy initiatives within the country.

Under the terms of the agreement, Goldi Solar is committed to delivering its highly efficient HELOC® PRO series comprising 545wp photovoltaic modules to Engie India. The deployment of these top-tier modules is anticipated to result in an annual electricity generation of 34 crores, thereby significantly contributing to the realisation of India’s ambitious clean energy objectives.

This collaboration aligns seamlessly with Goldi Solar’s mission to play a pivotal role in bolstering the adoption of sustainable energy solutions in the country. The company’s emphasis on quality and efficiency is underscored by its choice of the HELOC® PRO series, which is poised to enhance the performance of ENGIE India’s Sayla village project.

ENGIE India’s selection of Goldi Solar as its trusted modules supplier underscores the latter’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the solar energy sector. The 25-year commitment in the solar power purchase agreement further solidifies the partnership, emphasizing a shared vision for a sustainable and green future. Through initiatives like these, Goldi Solar continues to play a crucial role in the transformation of India’s energy landscape, contributing significantly to the nation’s clean energy goals.

Bharat Bhut, Co-founder and Director Goldi Solar, stated, “Our collaboration with ENGIE reaffirms our dedication to powering a greener and brighter tomorrow. We look forward to delivering excellent-quality solar modules for the GUVNL projects and contributing to the growth of renewable energy in India.”
