New Pune facility Boosts India’s power grid capacity and efficiency with advanced locally-made conductors.
CTC Global proudly announces the grand opening of its fifth ACCC® Conductor Core manufacturing facility in Pune, India. This expansion reflects our dedication to bolstering India’s power grid capacity and efficiency.

These partners have delivered over 20,000 kilometers of ACCC® Conductors to utilities in 23 Indian states and 2 territories. IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CTC Global is pleased to announce the grand opening of its fifth ACCC® Conductor Core manufacturing facility in Pune, India. This location supports India’s efforts to expand and improve its power grid.
CTC Global’s CEO, J.D. Pune, chosen for its status as a key manufacturing hub, offers excellent transportation links to ports and markets across India, a large, educated workforce, and world-class industrial parks.
More than 300 utilities worldwide have selected the ACCC® Conductor to boost their electric systems’ capacity by reconductoring, linking new renewable generation assets, and supporting load growth, including data centers and high-demand applications, without rebuilding or replacing existing structures. The ACCC® Conductor’s reduced thermal sag improves safety and reliability, lowers wildfire risks, reduces electrical line losses by 25 to 40 percent or more, reduces fuel consumption and GHG/CO2 emissions, and frees up wasted generation assets, making it the most in-demand and highly proven conductor for major utilities, government entities, and project financiers sharing sustainability goals.
