Gensol bags order worth INR 40 crore for rooftop solar project

Gensol Engineering receives an LOA for a 16 MWp rooftop solar project worth INR 40 Cr from a leading textile company. The repeat order, to be installed in Madhya Pradesh, will be commissioned within 6 months, expanding Gensol’s presence in the C&I segment.
Gensol Engineering Limited, a leading player in the renewable energy sector specialising in solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and electric mobility solutions, has received the Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of a 16 MWp turnkey EPC rooftop solar project worth INR 40 Crore under commercial and industrial (C&I) segment from a leading textile company. This is a repeat order for Gensol, which will be installed in Madhya Pradesh and Gensol will commission the project in six months.
The project will utilise high-efficiency Bi-facial solar modules, strategically chosen to maximize energy output and ensure long-term durability. This innovative approach aligns perfectly with India’s ambitious renewable energy targets and contributes significantly to developing a robust green energy infrastructure.
