Cosmic PV Power, a leading Indian solar manufacturer, has expanded its production capacity to 1.4 GW with cutting-edge TopCon technology. At RE+ Anaheim, the company showcased its high-efficiency PV modules, positioning itself as a key global competitor through innovation, durability, and a strong commitment to quality and international collaboration. Capacity expansion

Cosmic PV Power has recently upgraded to an 800 MW TopCon manufacturing line, increasing its total production capacity to 1.4 GW. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped to produce high-efficiency PV modules utilising Multi-BB technology and TopCon advancements. The facility’s production capabilities include modules with power outputs ranging from 550Wp to 600Wp in both Mono PERC and Bifacial variants.

Cosmic PV Power modules are engineered to deliver superior performance across a wide spectrum of light wavelengths (1100-1200 nm) and excel under varying temperature conditions. They feature enhanced temperature coefficients and performance ratings at NOCT and PTC, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Multi-busbar technology further strengthens the modules, providing greater resistance to microcracks and enhancing overall durability.

AI-driven durable solar modules

Built to endure extreme environmental conditions, the modules can withstand wind and snow loads of up to 5400 Pa (front load) and 2400 Pa (rear load). They are supported by a comprehensive warranty program, including a 10-year product warranty for materials and artistry and a 27-year linear power output warranty, reinforcing the company’s confidence in its product’s longevity and performance.

The company’s manufacturing process is powered by AI-driven, fully automated robotic systems that adhere to stringent international quality standards. This advanced manufacturing approach ensures precision and efficiency, positioning Cosmic PV Power to meet domestic and global market needs.

Global expansion

Cosmic PV Power has made a significant debut at RE+ Anaheim, North America’s largest clean energy event. This marks a pivotal moment in the company’s global expansion strategy and underscores its ambition to become a major player in the international solar energy market. At RE+ USA, Cosmic PV Power joined a prestigious lineup of Indian firms, including Adani Solar, Waaree, and Goldi Solar, positioning itself as a key competitor on the global stage. The company’s participation highlights its commitment to extending its reach beyond the Indian market and exploring new opportunities for international collaborations.

Cosmic PV Power showcased its advanced solar modules at the event, including its latest Mono-PERC, Bifacial, and TopCon technologies. Among these, the high-efficiency N-Type TopCon solar module stands out, offering an impressive output range of 575-600 Wp with a 30-year performance warranty. This technology reflects the company’s dedication to innovation and quality, setting a new standard in the industry.
