Virtuaal Infra Power associates with InfraCo Asia to produce renewable in Arunachal Pradesh

Virtuaal Infra Power Pvt Ltd (VIPL), a green energy developer producing energy through hydroelectric power plants announced its association with Singapore based Infra Co Asia Development Pte. Ltd. The association will help Virtuaal Infra Power in producing renewable energy in North-Eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh. The signing of joint investment and development agreements will also see InfraCo Asia make its first foray into sustainably developing projects within India’s renewable energy sector.
The two Compulsory Convertible Debenture (CCD) facilities of up to $1.8 Million and $3.2 million will support Virtuaal in the development of two Run-of-River (ROR) small hydro projects in India’s North-Eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh. VIPL have been doing its bit to counterstrike issues of carbon foot prints with its ROR scheme in Arunachal Pradesh.
