Ultima Switchgears Ltd, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, is one of the leading manufacturers of LT switchboards, panels and HT isolators, HG fuses up to 145 KV under “ULTIMA” trade mark. The company was established in the year 1997 under the guidance and vision of its Managing Director D.V. Parmar who has rich experience of more than 37 years including 18 years of multi-functional services in NTPC Ltd. Ultima was awarded for Skoch Order of Merit as “Top 100 SMEs in India” by SKOCH.

A turnkey EPC contractor
Ultima is also a turnkey EPC contractor of electrical, mechanical, civil, instrumentation, projects for power generation, transmission and distribution of electrical power. The company has recently executed complete turnkey work for design, engineering, supply, erection, testing at site and commissioning of 132/33 kV, 25/31.5MVA Substation work along with allied works including construction of control room building, equipment and structure foundation, site development and retaining wall, road, cable trenches, transformer foundation and road cum rail track, fencing and boundary wall at Jahoo, Hamirpur for Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. (HPSEB).

Manufacturing facility
Ultima has two manufacturing units one each at Greater Noida (U.P.) and at Roorkee (Uttarakhand), which are equipped with the advanced manufacturing techniques.

India’s premier organisations like Public Sector Undertakings NTPC, PGCIL, BHEL and State Electricity Boards along with corporate houses like Alstom, Siemens, Bajaj, Godrej, ABB, L&T, IRCON, KEC, Kirloskar, Tata Projects, TPDDL, Vijai Electricals, Jyoti etc. and many other power generation, transmission and distribution utilities and EPC companies are using Ultima’s products in infrastructure projects on regular basis. Focus Infrabuild Ltd is a group company of Ultima Switchgears Ltd. (USL) with similar business lines and executed various jobs with recent credential of “Modification of existing MV system” on turnkey basis for Embassy of Sweden, Nyaya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi including supply of RMU, 11kV metering Panel and other accessories.
