Streetlights that will make smart cities smarter

Streetlights that will make smart cities smarter
.

The Smart Cities Mission announced by the Government of India in June 2015 under the leadership of Narendra Modi envisions the transformation of 100 cites in India into ultra-modern, supremely advanced and well-connected centers of community and lifestyle living.

The $15 billion project has mandated that 10 per cent of the smart cities’ energy requirements should come from solar energy and at least 80 per cent buildings should be energy efficient and green buildings.

Solar streetlights will play a big role in helping buildings become energy efficient, reduce energy bills and meet their solar mandates. All-in-one integrated solar streetlights, a plug-and-play solution for streetlight and streetscaping make better business sense as they’re easier to install and maintain and function intelligently thereby reducing human intervention.

Solar Universe India is one of the world’s most innovative solar engineering companies that designs, prototypes, manufactures and installs the best products and solutions in solar energy. Their products can be found across the globe – from deserts in Africa to the forests in South America, the Himalayas In South Asia and the islands in Australasia.

Being one of the pioneers in launching these kinds of Solar Streetlights in 2015, we have managed to convince our buyers including urban developers and planners, contractors and end consumers that our product is the most superior product available in the market due to their performance, durability and most importantly smartness.

Since the beginning of 2016, Solar Universe India has designed, supplied and installed over 1,200 such streetlight systems in the states of Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
