Aerem Solutions and Panasonic partner to drive solar adoption in India

The strategic partnership aims to facilitate affordable solar solutions, aligning with India’s renewable energy goals.
Aerem Solutions, a leading provider of end-to-end solar solutions and the parent company of NetZero Finance Private Limited—India’s only RBI-licensed Solar Focus NBFC—has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited (PLSIND), a leading player in the distributed solar energy sector. Through this strategic collaboration, Panasonic aims to sell over 500Cr worth of solar products by facilitating financial assistance for its homeowners and C&I customers.
The MOU outlines a framework under which Aerem Solutions, through its financial arm NetZero Finance, will provide tailored loan facilities to customers of Panasonic’s solar products, thereby facilitating Panasonic’s adoption of solar energy solutions across India. This partnership underscores the commitment of both companies to contribute to a sustainable future by making solar energy more accessible and affordable.
