GE Steam Power India wins Award at Global Safety Summit 2022

Award recognises GE Steam Power’s best practices in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) it was given by the Fire & Safety Forum, a key signatory member of United Nations Global Compact Network India. 

GE Steam Power India has won the National Level Safety Award under the Construction Sector (Heavy Industries) at the Global Safety Summit 2022 organised by Fire & Safety Forum, a key signatory member of United Nations Global Compact Network India. The company received the award in recognition of its impactful safety programs and initiatives across all sites. The award was won by entities under GE Power India Limited (GEPIL) and GEPSIPL (GE Power Systems India Pvt. Ltd.) for their significant work in the construction sector.

The Global Safety Summit is among the most credible and recognised International Safety Awards, CSR Awards, Quality Awards, ESG Excellence and Green Awards platform constituted by the Fire and Safety Forum, Key Signatory to United Nations Global Compact Network India, and it is the first International Certification and Assessment board, in compliance with American National Standards Accreditation Board USA.
