Panasonic bags Golden Peacock Award 2020 for its environmental initiatives

Panasonic Life Solutions India has been recognised for its sustainable initiatives and environmental management at their wires and cables manufacturing unit in Daman.

Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt Ltd, one of the largest domestic manufacturer of electrical construction materials (ECM) in India, today announced that the Company has won the coveted ‘‘Golden Peacock Award 2020 for Environment Management’ for their Wires & Cables manufacturing Unit located in Daman. PLSIND bagged this award for their persistent sustainable efforts towards environmental initiatives at the unit. The award category was for prominent players present in the Electrical Consumer Goods Manufacturing Sector.

The participants from Corporates included Large, Small & Medium Enterprises covering all types of Public, Private and Government Enterprises. Due to the unprecedented moment – of the COVID-19 crisis the award ceremony was conducted on a virtual platform.
