SWREL announces new order for PV plant in Rajasthan

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) has placed a domestic solar EPC order for a 400 MW AC/ 633 MW DC project marking an increase in its total order inflows for Q1FY25, strengthening its growth trajectory in the renewable energy sector.
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) (BSE Scrip Code: 542760; NSE Symbol: SWSOLAR), a leading domestic renewable EPC has announce that it has received a prestigious new order for the Engineering, Design, Testing & Commissioning of a 400 MW AC / 633 MW DC PV plant along with Supply & Works for a 33/220 kV switchyard to be built at plant for a PV project in Rajasthan. The scope of work for this project includes the EPC of the photovoltaic (PV) plant and 33/220 kV pooling substation. This order is part of the company’s total order inflows for the quarter, which amount to around INR 900 crore. This is in addition to the approximately INR 2,170 crore order inflow announced in Q1FY25, further solidifying SWERL growth trajectory in the renewable energy sector. The total value of works including taxes, levies and duties is approximately INR 550+ crore.
