Waaree Energies limited to supply 445 MW solar modules to Statkraft India

Partnership with Statkraft India to boost renewable energy, create jobs and support India’s net zero goals.
Waaree Energies Ltd, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer with an aggregate installed capacity of 12 gw as of June 30, 2023 (Source: Crisil Report), is set to power single-location solar projects in Bikaner, Rajasthan, by supplying 445 MW of its 540/545 Wp dual glass bifacial modules. Scheduled for delivery between May and August 2024, this contract underscores Waaree Energies’ commitment to revolutionise India’s renewable energy landscape, meeting its growing power demand and supporting the nation’s transition towards its net zero goals.

The deployment of Waaree’s bifacial solar modules is expected to amplify the region’s renewable energy capacity.
