Waaree Energies receives fecilitation at 4th Global RE-INVEST

Hitesh Chimanlal Doshi, Chairman of Waaree Energies, thanked the Prime Minister for recognising their efforts and affirmed their ongoing commitment to advancing renewable energy and supporting India’s role in global sustainability.
Waaree Energies has received felicitation during the ongoing 4th Global Renewable Energy Investors Meet & Expo (RE-INVEST), being held in Gandhinagar from 16th to 18th September 2024. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy of India is hosting the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investors Meet and Expo (4th RE-INVEST).
Reflecting on the recognition, Hitesh Chimanlal Doshi, Chairman and Managing Director, Waaree Energies Ltd, remarked, “It is an honour to be awarded by Narendra Modi and I attribute this recognition to the collective efforts of employees across our entire Waaree Group. This milestone further adds to our resolve to continue contributing towards the cause of renewable energy in the country and fast-pace our country’s march as a formidable player in the global sustainability landscape.”
Waaree Energies Limited, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer with a 12 GW capacity as of June 30, 2023, was recognised at the event. Founded in 2007, Waaree Energies operates four manufacturing facilities in India and has an international presence.RE-INVEST is a key event for the renewable energy sector, bringing together government officials, industry leaders, investors, and researchers. The expo will feature B2B meetings, panel discussions, and technical sessions, attracting over 10,000 delegates worldwide.
