A circuit breaker timing test measures mechanical operating timing to verify and validate the correct functioning of the circuit breaker. NMC’s Automatic Circuit Breaker Timer Testing Kit, Model: CBT-01PC, is designed to measure closed, open, and closed-open circuits with bounce timing measurement of the circuit breakers up to 220 kV ratings and has a facility to do 3/4 pole measurement simultaneously. The advantages of the meters are:
Model CBT-01PC comes with a PC interface for data transfer and report generation, 100 results of storage memory, and an inbuilt printer for onsite report printing. The CBT-01PC is lightweight, rugged, and portable for field operations.
