The AIT series adopts multi-point zero-flux technology combined with excitation flux closed-loop control, self-excitation fluxgate technology, multi-closed-loop control technology, and temperature compensation technology.
The Hangzhi AIT series sensors are ultra-high-precision current sensors. They can be used for electronic current measurement, including DC, AC, and pulse currents while providing current isolation between primary and secondary circuits. They also feature strong resistance to electromagnetic interference. These sensors comply with EMC standards (EN 61000-3-2:2014, EN 61000-6-4:2007+A1 (2011), EN 61000-3-3:2013, EN 61000-6-2:2005) and safety standards (EN 61010-1:2010+A1 (2016), IEC 61010-2-030:2017).
Innovative technology
The AIT series adopts multi-point zero-flux technology combined with excitation flux closed-loop control, self-excitation fluxgate technology, multi-closed-loop control technology, and temperature compensation technology (Hangzhi Patents: ZL202210673641.8 / ZL201820383681.8 / ZL202111078926.9 / ZL201820373225.5 / ZL202220990283.9). This enables zero-flux closed-loop control for excitation, DC, and AC flux.
Additionally, high-frequency ripple detection is achieved by constructing a high-frequency ripple sensing channel. As a result, these sensors achieve high gain and measurement accuracy across the entire bandwidth range. The AIT series sensors boast market-leading accuracy (covering the entire range and operating temperature, with minimal temperature and zero drift), ensuring high-current, high-precision, and high-bandwidth measurements with low noise across a wide operating temperature range. They can be installed flat or vertically on panels. These sensors are suitable not only for industrial use but also for laboratory and medical environments.
Suited for laboratory applications
The AIT series is especially well-suited for laboratory applications as a standard instrument for current measurement in laboratory testing equipment, such as for metrology bureaus to verify electric meters that require mandatory calibration per national standards. They are ideal for industries with high precision requirements, such as detecting current in wind power grid-connected systems. When paired with power analysers, they can fully and accurately capture and feedback harmonics. These sensors are also suitable for high-precision medical equipment, such as monitoring the power current performance of MRI machines.
In the renewable energy industry, the AIT series optimises energy storage systems by monitoring and testing battery management systems in cabinet-style energy storage systems. They are also ideal for industrial motor test benches for current and voltage detection and for ensuring the stability of power supplies in high-energy physics equipment like large hadron colliders.Furthermore, this series is suitable for power system converters, inverters, and other applications requiring high-precision detection of power, current, frequency, and ripple, such as electronic control systems in rail trains, ships, satellites and rockets.
