HT aerial bunch cables
The two types of HT Aerial Bunched Cables; 11 KV & 33 KV are used for power distribution in cities. The aerial bunched cables are insulated with safety screening like cross-linked polyethene to avoid short circuit accidents. Stranded aluminium conductor is used for better electricity transmission and it also helps in decreasing power loss during transmission.

LT aerial bunch cables
The company has developed these cables with single phase and three phase system with or without a street light line. Phase conductors are crafted of concentrically stranded aluminium Wires having 7 or 19 wires. Whereas, messenger conductors are made of using aluminium alloy having 7 or 19 wires.

HT power cables
We are glad to tell you that Primecab manufactures quality XLPE cables ranging from 3300 volts to 33,000 volts with a maximum size up to 1,000 sq mm. The XLPE based power cables offer excellent electrical, mechanical, and heat-resistant properties. These power cables are easier to maintain in comparison to the PVC insulated cables.

LT power cables
PVC/XLPE insulation is given in LT power cables for the high power transmission up to 1100 Volts. The Primecab also provides screening if needed. The aluminium or copper can also be chosen with LT power cables. Coming to mechanical protection, aluminium wire armour is used for single-core cables. The colour of insulation can be customised as per customer’s requirement.

Building wire
One of the best building wire makers, Primecab ensures lead-free, heat resistant, and fire retardant technology in its building wires. Moreover, Primecab Cables is the only brand in India that makes lead free PVC wires, which makes them non-toxic and highly safe for both users and installers, and that too without any additional cost.

Solar cables
Get ready for using TUV certified electron-beam cross-linked solar cables made by Primecab. The newest technology, E-beam irradiation is used to expose polymer to a highly charged stream of electrons that creates cross-linking between the molecules, which results into improved thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties of the polymer.

Multicore cables
The interesting thing about Primecab is that it developed multicore cable with PVC insulated feature. It uses 99.97 per cent pure bright electrolyte grade copper conductors and comes with high insulation resistance & dielectric strength. Primecab’s cables are manufactured by using a special PVC compound, which is lead-free.

Screened type
Our screened type cable cores are made of PVC and coded in different colours. A perfect order by printed characters is also given for the core identification. Its screening is accomplished by using copper wire braid, aluminium mylar tape or aluminium wire. Coming to the mechanical part; galvanised steel wire, strip or double-helical steel tape armours are also provided for protection.

Unscreened type
As these cables are used for supplying power to the control circuits, Primecab manufactures these cables as per IS, BS IEC standards for complete customer satisfaction. Every wire that comes out of the Primecab’s manufacturing unit is PVC/XLPE insulated.
