An unopened treasure with great potential seems lost due to no visibility, which lies in the rural villages of India” a quote that describes how 70 per cent huge capability of our country is still untapped due to lacking one of the major needs, electricity. The thought makes us wonder about the situation of our failure if there were no proper amenities in life. Everyone has a right to upgrade themselves from a particular situation to a better one, but all they need is a kick start at some point of time which is still missing in the rural underprivileged villages of India. These villages suffer lack of uninterrupted electricity, transportation security, water supply, educational supportive environment for students to study etc. which is a major issue for rural up-gradation.
Electrical meters have been situated outside every house, but due to unfortunate conditions and barriers village faces huge electrical cut downs and load shedding problems. Solar energy systems illuminate the area for extra time after sunset, resulting in more productive activities. Indoor time spenders like women and children have been benefitted more as they can perform better livelihood activities or enhance educational performance due to light after sunset.
