At Elmeasure, we are focused on making digitisation more accessible and cost-effective without compromising safety. Our IEC 61439 panel is a prime example of this commitment. Typically, people associate digitisation with expensive upgrades, but we have developed a solution that offers advanced digital features at a fraction of the cost. One of our standout products is the 8000 series, which is crucial in enabling IoT functionality in electrical panels. This product not only ensures protection but also provides real-time communication and monitoring.

How does your technology enhance panel protection and monitoring?

One key aspect of our solution is temperature monitoring. Every second, our system records temperature data, ensuring that any anomaly is detected immediately. We use wireless temperature sensors placed at the back of the panel to continuously transmit data. If the temperature crosses a predefined threshold, the system triggers an alarm, and appropriate action can be taken—such as tripping the breaker—to prevent potential hazards. This ensures enhanced safety and proactive maintenance.

Another crucial safety feature is our advanced earth fault protection. While conventional solutions measure only voltage, our technology goes a step further by accurately measuring ground resistance, which is a more reliable indicator of system health. We are proud to be one of the few companies in India offering this level of protection.
