Innovative partnerships, global expansion, and responsible recycling initiatives drive the company’s commitment to a cleaner and brighter future.
Rayzon Solar is at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution, dedicated to transforming solar energy production. With innovative high-efficiency modules offering 5 percent more power output, the company is committed to a vibrant and sustainable future. This commitment extends to strategic partnerships, rigorous testing, and a vision for responsible recycling, shaping the industry’s landscape.
Hardik Kotia, in an interview with the EPR Magazine, speaks up about the company’s innovations and plans.
What are your solar modules’ key features and benefits, and how do they contribute to a more vibrant and sustainable future?
In our pursuit of a more vibrant and sustainable future, we are committed to harnessing the power of renewable energy. Recently, we embarked on a journey to revolutionise solar energy production with our high-efficiency modules, capable of delivering an impressive 5 percent more power output than standard models. While an average solar panel might generate around 550 watts at its peak, our top-of-the-line modules can reach up to 580.5 watts, enabling consumers to save space and energy costs significantly.
Please provide your strategies for partnerships and manufacturing ventures.
We are proud to announce several strategic partnerships propelling our mission forward. We have recently partnered with a prominent United States client, marking the beginning of our manufacturing venture in the country. Our initial capacity in the United States is 500 megawatts, with plans to expand further. Additionally, we have ambitious plans to establish a solar cell factory in India and the United States.
What is your commitment to product quality and testing processes?
Our comprehensive product range includes polycrystalline, monocrystalline, and top-con modules. In the polycrystalline category, we produce modules with a 335 to 365 watts capacity. For monocrystalline modules, our offerings range from 550 to 550 watts, and in the top-con category, we provide modules with an output of 585 watts. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, with all our products undergoing rigorous testing in our in-house laboratory, ensuring they meet the highest standards. What strategies or approaches is your company considering to address the challenges?
While our vision is firmly rooted in sustainability, we face challenges posed by the influx of low-priced solar modules from Chinese companies, which has affected market prices. Nevertheless, we remain steadfast in delivering value and maintaining our competitive edge.
While in its infancy, the solar market is poised for a significant transformation. As we look to the future, we anticipate the need for responsible disposal and recycling of solar panels. The materials used in these panels, such as glass and aluminium, can be effectively recycled, ensuring a greener and more sustainable industry.
Do you find the policies shaping the renewable energy landscape and how it is promoting local manufacturing?
Government policies play a crucial role in shaping the renewable energy landscape. Different states have varying policies, and the government has recently introduced policies promoting local manufacturing. These policies are designed to protect local manufacturers, with incentives in place. However, the extent of these incentives may be subject to change and extensions. It is essential to stay updated on these policies and leverage them to bolster local manufacturing.
We remain committed to innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility in our quest to drive a more vibrant and sustainable future through renewable energy. Our challenges only fuel our determination to make renewable energy accessible and sustainable for all. As the solar industry continues evolving, we stand ready to adapt and lead towards a cleaner, greener future.
