Insolation Green Energy signs ₹10,000 crore pact at Rising Rajasthan Global Summit

The investment pact signed by Insolation Green Energy at Rising Rajasthan Global Pre-Investment Energy Summit 2024 will focus on sectors like solar power generation (IPP), rooftop solar solutions, component manufacturing, and the establishment of solar parks in Rajasthan, creating over 3,000 jobs in the region.
Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar), one of India’s leading solar panel manufacturers, signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan. The Rs 10,000 crore investment commitment was made during the Rising Rajasthan Global Pre-Investment Energy Summit 2024.
Speaking on the occasion, INA Solar Chairman Manish Gupta expressed pride in this landmark development. “This MoU marks a major milestone for INA Solar as we strengthen our commitment to renewable energy. The investment will focus on sectors like solar power generation (IPP), rooftop solar solutions, component manufacturing, and the establishment of solar parks in Rajasthan, creating over 3,000 jobs in the region.”
Since its inception in 2017, INA Solar has been at the forefront of solar panel manufacturing in Rajasthan, contributing significantly to India’s green energy goals. Managing Director Vikas Jain highlighted the company’s dedication to promoting renewable energy and its alignment with the Make in India initiative. He added, “Our solar panels are recognised by IEC, ALMM, and BIS standards and are integral to key national projects such as the Jal Jeevan Mission, Kusum A/B/C, BSNL, and Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana.”Ranked among the top 10 solar panel manufacturers in India, INA Solar continues to play a pivotal role in driving energy independence and sustainable growth across the nation. This Rs 10,000 crore investment further solidifies its position as a leader in the renewable energy sector.
